Workout New Years Challenge - Add Thread

Hey!
It's this time of the year again! Time for (another) New Years Workout Add Thread.
I want to get in a better shape again and hopefully feel more confident with tighter or more revealing clothing again ^^

(Seeing Emily22's Thread made me finally decide to do it aswell. Thank you for the addon idea C: )


The Thread will be closed at the END OF JANUARY

Rules:
Everyone can give me:

1 Exercise Keyword
+1 for every 10 posts you have done.
Edit: max at 5 keywords for each post

and 1 Addon Keyword
+1 for every 25 posts of yours
Edit: max at 3 addons for each post

in each posts.

- No double posts unless 3 hours have gone past.

PUSH - 5 reps of Push ups
PLANK - 20 seconds of Planking
SQUAT - 10 reps of Squats
JUMP - 20 reps of Jumping Jacks
BRIDGE - 10 reps of Glute Bridges
WALL - 30 seconds of Wall Sitting
JOG - 150m of Jogging
BIKE - 300m of Biking

PLUG - I'll wear a plug during the exercises
ROPE - I'll wear a rope dress with a crotchrope during the exercises
ICE - I'll insert 2 Ice cubes before the exercises
WEDGIE - I'll be in a wedgie during the exercises
FEMME - I'll wear panties and a sports bra during the exercises
CLAMP - I'll wear Nippleclamps during the exercises

SPIKE - Has to be used with FEMME - I'll wear my spiky bra inserts during the exercises
HUSH - Has to be used with PLUG - I'll wear my Lovense Hush on Speed Mode during the exercises

SQUATS and CLAMPS also sound pretty fun to me.... Got any weighted clamps?... or is that too mean :P (be very careful if you do them though especially for anything high energy like the jumps)
