The top one was lily's training color. Until her custom one came in from collarfactory. The lower one is my collar, which I occasionally wear. I also, use it as the consideration collar for my slaves before they get their own training collar. The training collar is also used doing play due to the fact that the ring is more secure than the ring on lily's collar.
