I suppsoe it is easier for some than for others and maybe even impossible for some. But not having squirted before doesn't necessarily mean you can't. According to some (at least one, probably 2 or 3) females I played with she never knew she could squirt until she did so after some intense teasing and edging.

The technique they use is to be sitting up with towel under you/in the shower or on edge of bath.
First aspect is learning the breathing rhythm.
- Deep breath into your pussy, almost like the in breath is full/stomach pressed out and
- out breath is like letting your stomach relax, gently.)
