Hello all,
Let’s start off 2020 by helping people with their resolutions...what’s the number 1 resolution normally? Lose weight/get fitter!

So post your KIK here if you want an exercise related dare

Then you will receive a message (within limits people!) containing an exercise/routine for you to do along with a nice GetDare twist

E.G. 30 star jumps naked in front of a window

I have a couple of fitness PM dares, so any other ideas for more fitness PM dares would be good as well

I'd be up to try this. Maybe things to do at home and at the gym(something doable and not too extreme)
