[Dare] Dice of fate...random rolling cumulative dare -21's

Greetings all...

Couldn't decide on the name, so hope it's fitting

This is a random idea of mine...

So basically we roll a dice, paste the number into the thread...along with that number you add a dare.

We play until someone rolls to 21 or above and then it starts anew...

The unfortunate person who hits above the 21 mark does all the dares posted in the game...

However the rolls you post also carry a meaning...

If you roll 1, you have to do the last dare that was posted regardless of the total score
If you roll 2-4 you are safe and just post a dare (unless you've hit above 21).
If you roll a 5 the person above must do the dare they posted (unless you've hit 21...and please PM them to let them know what's happened!)
If you roll a 6 you have to roll again...mwahaha

So for example:

Player 1:

Rolls 4 - Posts, edge in Toothpaste

Player 2:

Rolls 1 - Posts: 5 (as this is the current total)
Posts a dare: Must Spank your privates 10 times with a wooden spoon
Has to Edge with toothpaste

Player 3:

Rolls a 6...rolls again getting a 2
Posts: 13 (5+6+2)
Posts a dare: 20 Naked Jumping Jacks

Player 4:

Rolls a 5
Posts 18
Posts a Dare: 20 barehanded spanks to each ass cheek
PM's player 3 to tell them to do their jumping jacks

Player 5:

Rolls a 4
Must do all dares above

Rolls for the new game: 2
Posts a Dare - Must Give yourself a Wedgie

And so on...I hope this is all clear and hope you have fun!

But wait! There's a twist!!

If you manage to roll so the total equals exactly 21...then the previous poster gets all the forfeits and the person who rolls to 21 posts an additional dare (before starting the new game!)

You keep rolling...if someone was really unlucky they’d lose the game in the first round with this rule

I don't want to start a discussion or anything, I just want to be sure about the rules, so, if
Anonymos404 rolls a 6, going from 15 to 21, he would have to roll again, no? Making him go over 21, and hence, he'd have to do the dare, not the person above, right?
I don't want to meddle with the things that already happened, I'd just like some clarity for the future
