Get a jock strap
Put tacks into the material that will be sticking toward yourself
Now to make this more interesting watch your favourite porn for 30 minutes or longer and wait for your dick to hit the tacks

This is just a quick idea wondering on feedback and if anyone did it

This is a terrible and dangerous idea. There do exist cod pieces that do what you're describing but most tacks use thin enough needles that if you're not careful can do some real damage. Especially if they aren't sanitized. Plus doing this essentially destroys any jock you use.
