Default Chasity/Denial Weight Loss Challenge

I have had this idea for awhile and now I have time and want to get it out their to the fine people of GetDare

So this is for people who would be looking to loose weight and want some motivation

In the simplest form you would start by weighing yourself and if your locking yourself or denying yourself for the next 7 days

Basic rules can be adjusted to be easier or harder depending what your looking for
Goal to loose 2 pounds per week
Easier: 1 pound Harder: 3 pounds Extreme: 5 pounds
Their are apps that can be used to track calories and steps

If you would like to add edging
Basic would be to eat the target calories every 100 more that you eat would be 1 edge
Easier:150 over 1 edge Harder:50 over one edge Extreme:10 over 1 edge
Steps basic 7500 steps per day every 250 under would be an edge
Easier: 5000 steps. Harder: 10000 steps. Extreme: 15000 steps

On “cheat day” if you were locked up you are to unlock then do any edges you earned throughout the week BEFORE you weigh yourself
Now that you edged yourself find out if you lost enough weight to earn your orgasm

If you weren’t locked up you have the option to build up your edges or do them over the week

You also have the option of staying unlocked for the rest of the day and enjoy a few orgasms or just orgasm and lock yourself back up

Anyone who is doing this should either post updates if you would like here or do an blog to keep updated and also to help keep you accountable

Another add on could be some foods that you struggle to avoid could be an additional edge or spend time with clamps on or slaps

This is the ideas that I have so far if you have any ideas to add to this please add your ideas to the post so that other people can see other ideas as well

Thumbs up Another Idea

Take pictures of yourself in the same pose as the days or weeks go by.
I recommend...
  • Take them at most one week apart. At the start you may see the most change. So more frequent pictures are in order. If you take them at a fixed rate, be it every day or every week you may be able to string them all together into a movie.
  • Let them to be nudes. Underwear of bathing suits could be worn. You could take a separate set just for your eyes only.
  • Show at least neck to hips. Add whatever areas you think will show significant change.
  • Show both profile and front views. Add a back view if you think you may have significant changes there.
  • Relax your body during the shoots. If you have a few where you are sucking in your gut it will spoil the set.
When done you will have a visual record of your progress to encourage yourself to loose more or at least to maintain. If you have had many diets where you lost to your goal and then returned, promise yourself to continue with the pictures (perhaps less frequently) for another 13 to 26 weeks. If you can stay at your new weight for 6 months it will be easier you maintain this new set weight.

Wow, this looks very confusing and complicated, actually. I don't like counting all these calories, grams, etc. Eventually, I lose control and just forget to commit all changes. I need reminders; I need everything to be structured and clear. That's why I use the Reverse Health app. This application has an individual nutrition plan, recommendations, professional support, a progress tracker, and video courses. Everything I need is in one app. It's damn convenient. This makes it much easier for me to lose weight and track progress. Maybe you should think about that too.

Maybe to make this work better is to add more painful punishments to the dare for failure.
Things like whipping, electric shock, needles, etc.
Just a thought.

Yes I like that idea anything can be changed with the app it can all be changed as what would work best for you
