Women...please help me get fit

Hey!
I’m looking to get in better shape but am poorly disciplined when it comes to exercise, I wouldn’t say I have major weight problems but want to counteract my love of beer, feel healthier and hopefully live longer haha

Looking for some exercise challenges...please make them realistic, will feedback when complete, nothing public...just stuff I can do at home

If you want to have more fun you can specify extra elements such as what I’m wearing, or any other reasonable additional challenges
