what,where and why would you use them?

Well, time travel is limited to time. So I'd have to go backwards or forwards in time from the position I'm currently stood in. I'd travel to London and then I'd go back to the mid-90s, probably the early 60s and then sometime in the future (beyond my life's age range).

I would definitely love to be able to teleport anywhere because it would save time,money and sure beats driving or taking a plane

I would go with flight. Flight combined with speed. It would suck a little if you could only fly at the speed you could walk or run at.

I would use it for getting around, and general sight seeing, and recreation. Everything looks better when your flying, and it would be stacks of fun.

Of course, it would be handy to combine this with the body of steel of superman, just in case you stuffed up the flying part, but as you can only have one, I would go with flight!

But realisticly, I would be a Super Hero of SEX. Like, I can make anything to do with Sex happen. Like, look there! There's a Penis coming out of the wall!
