Get some ground cinnamon, take a teaspoon of the cinnamon and eat it all at once.

You can't have any water for 1 minute.

If you fail either one, your punishment is to put the spoon up your ass without washing it off first.

omg dont do this!! we it with a frirend and he was caughing soo bad he had to go the er... it may look cool but it burns so fucking bad!
