Pm Spam

I have recently come across alot of users spamming people through the PM system. May i remind all users that if you experience PM spam to please forward the message to me or another staff member and to add the user who sent it to you to your ignor list.

it has come to my atention that this message has been sent to a few users:

Let me know if anyone else gets spam. I have tools to look deeper into the matter. This time he was only able to spam 5 users. If this becomes a problem I can tighten things up so let me know.

The problem I am getting isn't spam. It is normal users seeking punishments or masters, but using the PM system.

I try and send a PM back telling them that the PM system isn't used for it and it is better to post, but I can't help letting a bit of anger in to the message.

If you go into your profile ignore options you can make it so posts, threads, and PMs from users you don't like will not show up.

Usually I send the PM, they either send back apologising or explaining why they are going to continue doing it, but it's only one or two pms and then I hear no more (no doubt others do though).

It's not one person sending loads, it's new users sending the odd one.

Thanks for the info on the blocking though
