This dare works like every other Person Above dare.

Neighborhood means that the dare must be in that persons neighborhood.
(nothing like: "drive 10 minutes with your car..." JUST neighborhood)

Example:

Person 1: "Run naked around your house at daytime"

Person 2: "Walk naked to the end of your street at night"

Person 3: "Take a pic of your penis/pussy, print it and throw it in a letter box"

Person 4: "..."
