This a dare for two people to complete and the basic concept is the longer player one stays in chastity the harder the dare will get for player two. Player 1 then has to decide if he'd rather orgasm or put the second player through a tougher ordeal. I have included an example of a cross dressing one for an example but it's fully customisable for any kink.

For example

1 week in chastity = Wear panties for 24 hours
2 weeks in chastity = Wear the same pair of panties continuously for 72 two hours.
4 weeks = Removing body hair and keeping it smooth
6 weeks = Panties permanently
2 months = Cross dressed pictures for player one to spread around the internet
3 months = Going to Victorian Secrets and getting measured for a bra and panties
4 months - A 5 mile walk fully cross dressed and back
5 months - Arrange a meet fo give oral sex
6 months - Arrange a meet to receive anal sex
7 months - Doing the weekly shop fuly dressed
8 months - dressing in front of the family
9 months - Pictures of you cross dressed will be sent to your boss
10 months - Light make-up must be worn at all times
11 months - You must get 'caught' fully dressed and anally pleasuring a dildo by a family member
12 months - Chastity until person one cums.

I know that this is ages old, but I really like the idea, though I'm, for a start, missing a partner.

I have also created a task-list, that goes on longer and doesn't enforce family involvement on the same level. It furthermore doesn't really require anything that cannot be explained with being transsexual (not that that would be easy).

After one year, player two will be in a strictly worse situation, as s/he is in chastity as well, but getting to the point where most months add yet another public component.
It is done in a relatively slow, but steady way, so that I believe this stuff is possible without getting to the point where a hard cut makes it completely impossible (female shoes and bottoms are for instance quite general terms and you can easily pick some that are not very obvious.

One thing that is required for player two from the start is growing out his hair. Guys with long hair are increasingly common and if still in doubt, come to the dark side and become a metal-head, we have great music and long hair is super-common.

At this point, player two should really hope that player one is neither cheating nor asexual. ;-)

14 months = only female bottoms may be worn
16 months = only female tops
18 months = shoes with at least 5cm high heels twice a week
19 months = shoes with at least 7cm high heels thrice a week
20 months = wear a skirt or a dress once per week.
21 months = wear a skirt or a dress thrice per week.
22 months = nails must always be painted in a non-nude color,
23 months = heels every day, five times a week with minimum heel-size of 12cm
24 months = wear skirt/dress whenever possible
