Yes, very much so. It's more comfortable, without clothing binding up and rubbing the same spots all the time, elastic or seams imprinting in your skin, etc. It's also better for your body's thermostasis; we evolved naked, and when I'm naked, I feel like my skin temperature is more even and consistently distributed. I don't get cold hands or feet as much, or bounce back and forth between being hot and cold as much either.
