I wore panties into the gym locker room a few times. I did it when it was mostly empty but I was nervous each time with the risk of getting caught. That's a tough one. Boyshorts are most comfortable but most of those I have are plain. I usually try to find ones with lots of lace. Even all over. To pick one pair in particular I have a high wasted thong that's light blue lace all over with a big bow (several inches) in back.

I once went for a run outside with a sports bra under my t shirt. You couldn't see the bra at first but I was worried that the bra would show once I started sweating and I was away from home. You could see a little of it by the end of the run but it wasn't as visible as I thought it could have been.
