So i would love to have some help with bathroom instructions. I dont live in a place where there is any kind of yard. So no outdoors ideas. Also these instructions are only for peeing and NO drinking pee at all. So you can speficiy how long i have to wait and how much i have to drink also how i sit on the toilet. If you don't consider it against your limits, for a week you'll pee standing in your bathtub or shower stall, keeping your legs tied one against the other, at least once a day you'll do it dressed, and will report here daily.

So i cant pee through any clothes due to a number of factors. Also i am not into it being like messy so i wont do the one standing up with my legs together. I might be able to do one through panties if i could find an old pair but not sure. You can add stuff like how much water to drink or other positions for the toilet.

I will absolutely do the sitting backwards one. And i have been doing the not touching the seat today which has been interesting and a bit uncomfortable but i will try and continue to do it for as long as i can or until the time is up.

Ok so you will be drinking approximately 1 liter of water every hour. This is a lot I know, but you can do it. As for being able to pee, you are limited to peeing only after you edge and no more than once per hour. When you pee, you are to strip completely naked and place clothes behind you (this is for clothing benefit and nothing else), you will edge before you are able to pee, and oh yes, you will be standing up. The idea here is to learn to utilize the following Standing up to Pee as a Woman using method one. Once you have mastered the one handed method you may then start to sit down again. It does not matter rather you are home or away, you need to do this. Remember to raise the seat. If you must sit that then that is acceptable no more than 3x a day and the sit must be up.
