Do you know how much time you waste fiddling with your phone or computer,
doing stuff that doesn't matter even in the slightest, like watching porn and playing with yourself?

The answer is:
MUCH TOO MUCH!!

But don't worry, this dare will help you by giving your control away to someone more responsible then you are.

But before we start, you need to get appropriate software.
Qustodio is a good all around system, and its pro version is even free for three days.
If you contact your responsible friend via pm, you can also get screenguide, which offers more options but is harder to set up.

Now let's see how long your treatment should last.

1. 1 day, just enough time to learn the basics
2. A weekend, no late night porn streaming
3. A week, hope you don't get an early bedtime
4. Two weeks, now that will save you some time
5. Your friend decides, after all he's more responsible
6. Your choice

Next up is what devices you need to block:

1. Your phone
2. Your pc
3. Your gaming console and/ or tv, if not possible do 4
4. 1+2
5. 3+4
6. Your choice.

I could let you roll a dice about what needs to be blocked but having someone else decide is much more fun.
But since one can always use some inspiration, you'll have to roll nonetheless.

1. Block at least all adult sides except getdare
2. 1+ set a appropriate bedtime
3. 1+ restrict Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp
4. 1+ block all search engines and only allow kidrex
5. 1+2+3+4
6. Block everything except the most basic apps, restrict the internet to 3 hours a day and be mean

Of course, these are just suggestions and if your more responsible friend decides to block more, well, you might just have to live with that.

Last but not least, let's see who should take care of you.

3. Set it up yourself, if you break a rule report in this tread to get a punishment
4. Ask someone in real life, if not possible, do 2., but try it first.

That would be all the, just a small advice at the end, be careful who you give control of your device, qustodio is quite easy to remove, at least from apple phones, but it can be quite tricky sometimes.
