You must save all of your poo from the day before and smear it in front and back of diaper. You must use all of it. You will then be wearing this dirty diaper for the entire dare and cannot remove it.

For the last hour, remove the diaper and smear the poo all over your face. Then put the dirty diaper on you head.

Save 5 large glasses of your pee from the days before.

You must then put your underwear in the pee then insert the pee soaked underwear in your mouth sucking the pee out. Keep resoaking as they dry out until you have sucked all 5 glasses of pee.

Well,

he asked me to make sure he follows through.
so he has setup Qustodio on his phone.
I have the controls of it. The only way he now can get rid of it, is to get a new phone as even his settings are locked
