Set a timer to 1 minute, then do as many push ups as you can in 1 minute. They need to be ALL good push ups (i.e. Lower your torso to the ground until your elbows reach a 90-degree angle). If you did any uncommitted and bad pushups, count them and add them as edges to your final forfeit. FORFEIT If you did 65 reps or more: no punishments 50-64 reps: 1 edge, 10 sit-ups and 10 burpees. 40-49 reps: 3 edges, 20 sit-ups and 20 burpees. Below 40: 5 edges, 30 sit-ups and 30 burpees. You are also denied until tomorrow. Of course, during the forfeit phase any uncommitted sit-ups and burpees also count as more edges. Have fun.
