During that time you have to pee at least three times in them (two times have to be within 18 hours of starting) and poop at least one (within 12 hours of starting). Hmm, well how about you give a diaper a nice, thick coating of icyhot before putting it on underneath a second, drinking 2L of water at your own pace before going out for a fun walk. You can wear whatever you like for the walk, but you'll be out there a while. Bring a drink bottle with you full of water. You're gonna take a walk to the nearest place that you know you can get a refill for your bottle, and before you get there you're gonna drink all your water. Once you're able to get a refill, grab a bottle full and then sit down for a moment and drink up. Grab one more and sip at it on your way home, making sure it's finished before you head inside. First, roll a dice to see what kind of enema you need to take:
1 - 1 litre of water.
2 - 500ml of milk
3 - A cup of cold coffee and 250ml water
4 - 500ml Apple juice/prune juice
5 - 2 litres of water
6 - You can choose

Then, put your smallest chastity cage and diaper up (How many is up to you), but you will wear them until the end of the dare. You can wear any clothes over the top but you must walk 15 minutes in any direction away from your home before you can start walking back.

If you make it back, well done, go to the toilet to release your enema (you can temporarily remove your diaper for this). If not, things are gonna get messy because you are not allowed to change your diaper.

Replace your clothes by ABDL clothes. Now, you can stay at home and you have to do the same roll except you'll be drinking what you previously inserted. You'll roll 1 dice to find out how many times you need to roll for drinking. If you have rolled 4 or more, you can divide the amount to drink by 2 if you drink only in a baby bottle.

Then, you must wait at least 1 hour (2 hours if you roll a 5) between each drinking roll and you are not authorized to roll again until you finish your previous drink. You can't change until your drink everything, but take your time. If you start to feel unwell, you are drinking to fast. If you feel ill, you can stop the dare.
