Hello all,
So today I missed the sun with sleeping, as foolishly I stayed up all night chatting and having fun hahaha,

But today I was very productive, I spent 3 hours cleaning the front room, dusting everything! I did shopping (including all the messy stuff I need for my gunge session and Messy exercise) and washing also...and studied up on what I have to do after Brexit with my residence in Poland...but you probably aren't here for my life story...so on with the totals!

So a small update, but it's important to keep up with all the tasks each day!

So I did my work out, the sequence was as follows:

Plank
Side Plank
Press Ups
Sit Ups
Jumping Jacks
Squats
Side Plank
Sit Ups

After this I pulled my jogging trousers down and proceeded to put 3 ice cubes down the boxers...brr is all I'll say right now
