I wonder if you have to change every 15 minutes? I would think staying diapered for longer might make it more enjoyable. But then, when would you drink the two cups you're meant too each time you change?

Maybe each time you wet...

I'd like to do this my only concern is the after effects every one has been describing with having to run to the toilet far more often than usual.... while this sounds quite.....fun :P is there any way to get rid of the after effects or do they wear off, or what, other than that, I'd be quite interested in trying it :P

well since it takes 2-5 years for a newborn to be potty trained it should take a few weeks-a few months

I don't have the Gatorade though but I drank extra water and tea. I'm going to do this across the time of tonight.

I just wonder, if I start this dare tomorrow morning for two days, will I be well enough at work in next Monday? I won't wear diapers in work, because I have very fitted uniform and don't want to wet myself there. This is the only thing that stops me from doing it.

When I somewhat attempted this, I did exactly that and WHAT A HEADACHE. It lasted for days. If you drink as much as it said without absorbing some electrolytes or potassium, you could cause major side effects, including death if not careful.

That's why I listed the gatorade. Yeah, you can get sodium from food or tea and a little bit of potassium, but not enough to be safe. Spirts drinks contain everything you need to keep your body's electrolytes in check. If I drink too much water without anything else, I get a headache too.
