When I was smaller I was extremely self conscious about that, and avoided words containing letter "L" (easier in my native language). So, you can guess, I was a slow speaker, can't imagine how many people thought that I'm a bit slow in general.

Now I understand that most people don't pick up on that, but when they do they never hear me the same.

There are some accents here in the UK that lead to the pronunciation of L at the end of words as W.

My fact is..since my partner and I are a bit strapped for cash this year instead of buying a Christmas tree we've simply decorated our chilli plant.

I once chipped my tooth on a doorknob. Happened when my brother and I were younger and messing around by the front door and he just took the back of my head and drilled it into the doorknob. The missing piece is still noticeable.
