A Simple Task

Hi all! I've been lapsing on my bedwetting training.. I haven't really retrained, but I haven't encouraged continuing training after my final few successes.

I'd like to encourage myself to get back into the training, so this will be open until April 6th at 4PM EST.

Here are the keywords:
SIPSIP: Add 200ml due by the end of the day. Max 2L per day. If this reaches 1L or more every day, I must add it to my PM dares.
HELPLESS: I must lock myself with one of my mini dildos inside my front hole inside my diaper for 15 minutes per use of this at the end of the week. If it is longer than 6 hours at a time, I will have the option to split it up over different days. If this reaches 4 hours or more total, I must add an option like this to my PM dares.
NINI: I must drink at least 500ml within an hour of going to bed that night if this is used. If this is used every day, I must add it to my PM dares.
UHOH!: The toilet is banned for pee 30 minutes earlier from midnight each day per use of this keyword. If I have work on that day, it may ban the toilet up to half of the day but not the full day of work. If this results in a total toilet ban, after the week is over I must get permission to use the toilet to pee if I am not at work.
edit, adding: FREQUENT: If not diapered, I must use the toilet every 5-X hours, where X is how many times this keyword is used that day. If it reaches 0, I must go every 30-45 minutes.

Well, it looks like I failed to hold it for 15 minutes without a diaper on so I'm stuck diapered today anyways. >.< oops!

2L should be able to safely drink through the day, but be careful and if it would be making you feel unwell I would say no penalty for missing some... If you just forgot then yes an extra day sounds good

Typically it would be forgetting. Yeah, if it was a case of my body rejecting it I would handle it differently. I chose 2L because that's about the amount my body can handle in a day without causing issues.
