Alright! Time for another add thread! This time with kegels! I’m gonna be doing these for as long as I can so load me up!

All kegels will be held for 3 seconds unless otherwise specified. You can add on other things to the reps if you wish, but you don’t have to. There must be at least one other person between posts.
