Well your punishment is to allow your real clothes to be your diaper. When you are home you are to piss into 5 different bieces of underwear over a period of 5 days. You do not need to wear these at all in public or whilst you are awake other than doing all your pisses into these at home. At night put all 5 pairs on at once. You must then piss in them. Immediately go to bed and do not get out of it until the morning. In addition you must spank yourself 25 times on each butt cheek every morning for 5 days. When you have finished the 5 days, you have a choice to make. You may either wear your underwear to work for 5 days whilst the piss smell gets worse.
