Drink as much Coffee as you possibly can in two hours, then pee into the biggest bottle you can find in your kitchen. If you fill the bottle, you don't have to drink it. If you fail to fill the bottle - you drink.

You're going to fill a decent size glass with your morning piss. You can take as long as you need to drink it all, but if it takes longer than 30 minutes, you must refrigerate it before continuing.

Pee into a reusable coffee cup and thats your drink until its finished and you can only drink it while around others, you must then refill it with pee you may mix it with something if its full

Some exercise is needed. Piss in a bottle. Go running. If thirsty take a sip, run/drink till bottle is empty. At least half an hour. When home again, wait till you have to go, piss in bottle, drink it all.

Collect piss until you have exactly 1 litre. You now have 30 seconds to drink it all. For every 100 ml you have left (round up, e.g. 110 ml => 200) after the 30 seconds you will be denied for 24 hours.
