For the US & Canada

Say, someone who likes to give dares, could text you a dare at any moment throughout the day to do.
Or you could send dares to each other.
It could be a task situation, or a competition even.
Now you could buy a Pay as you go SIM for a mobile, if you don't want to give out your regular number.

Obviously don't post it on here, and try and choose someone you've spoke to online for a while first. AND it would be best if you didn't do this if you are under 18.

Wow. I've actually been thinking a lot lately, about this exact thing. Figures someone would have written it up already. Though I like Betty's idea of getting a throwaway phone to do it.

Interesting idea. Another thought could be to link a google voice account to your cell phone. You could give out your google voice number which forwards the message to your real phone. No need to give out your physical cell phone number and if you manage to get a real creeper you can simply delete the google voice account.
