Person 1: outlines dare Person 2: enters Person 3: determines loser and outlines the next dare. This time it is for parental control! Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it blocked! I will start us off here. The loser has to install qustodio on their computer, and the winner will control it for 2 weeks.
