So I called with my doctor today, just to check in and see what the options are. She recommended I’d take some estrogen or progesterone supplements this basically stimulates pregnancy. Also that I pump at least 15 minutes every 4 hours or so, preferably also with one during the night.

So all in all, quite a heavy ask, not something I initially signed up for. Buuuut seeing all your enthusiasm, and also feeling the emotions towards this from myself that I really want this definitely forces me to consider it.

I did pump today as well, want to keep to my promise I made here so setting 9, 15 minute massage (with a warm towel) and pumping for
20 minutes.

Have to be a little careful with the hormones, sometimes they can cause other issues. From what I've researched it's the frequency of pumping that is most important. Best to try and simulate a child feeding, so pump ever 2-4 hours for 10-15 minutes.

May I request that my 10 minutes is split into 5 minutes on each nipple, and that the nipple not currently being sucked should have a clothespeg on it instead.
