pymani96, we are non-profit as it stands I am losing money on it so with no revenue I am not making a profit off of the music.

That seems a bit harsh.
I may be wrong here, But im pretty sure it was mentioned at school, That music can be played on a Non-Profit radio station with no royalties/licencing as long as the proper credits are given.
Like I say, I may be wrong here

You are correct, proper credit is given, no only by the DJ but the shoutcast server also states the artist, and song title. On a side note why would it be the loony bin...it would be jail. Anyways I have a broadcasting licence for getDare Radio as long as I turn no profit I don't have to pay royalties.

The loony bin sounded good at the time. Jail would do though, as well.

Hey everyone, sorry I have not been DJing for so long. I've been having issues with my dad dealing with the internet and now that I'm not at home for the summer I can be online. However some issues even with that. 1, grandma doesn't have wifi. She doesn't even know what it is, 2, her computer is in her room, 3, dont want to be on here when she is home so will only be on here when she is out of the house.

So I will try to see what i can do to be on here, but I may not be DJing until school starts again which is a major bummer.

This is exactly correct, we currently have DJs across the US, England, Singapore and a few other places. Seeing as all the station stuff is in my name, tied to my credit card and I reside in the United States, we are US based.

I may sound a bit stupid and obnoxious, but I am listening at gmt+1 (bst), and when I tuned in at 1:30am, I didn't find darkwater djing. Am I doing something wrong, or is darkwater not djing?
