300mls per hour of fluid intake and 90 minutes minimum between releases...

It can take some TIME, but it makes most subs get a bit squirmy/have their bladder feeling very active. (for me the first few days on the rule are ok, I am normally squirming in the evenings/after a few days though)

It works as a nice baseline to have someone prepped

30 hours of those rules really had an effect on me! That plus the 1.5 litres I drunk before leaving home. I'm sure I drank more and held double the amount of time at least last time.

I'll catch up on my new end time next and post how long minimum I'm stuck in my pissy pants.

Time added. End 6:20pm gd time, or nearly 5 hours to go. I'll get another drink and make it large one, as have some catching up to do!
