This is an excellent description of the dynamic I've tried to maintain since getDare started.

I only really care about an automated message or PM that just tells them they can block/report etc. I agree the rest is all subjective.

I think that would be a great idea. It could be a short message they have to read before posting in any forum. I really like that. It would really protect a lot of people. I support!
