The thought occurred to me the air must be getting stagnant and stuffy with all this edging going on. So get some fresh air. First open a window and curtain and edge 100 times by the window.

The second 100 edges may be a little more challenging but even more refreshing. Find an outdoors location for these edges.

Once again write a little report telling all of us the hows, whys, wheres, whens and any other facts about these two little escapades.

Include some warm-up time before and during your edges. Before you start and after every 50 edges complete 10 pushups, 15 jumping jacks, 20 sit-ups, and 25 knee bends.
