People like a challenge and with numbers it was too easy. it is an enjoyable game for us.

A lot of people play to enjoy and there are other ways to get into that subforum.

And some people like math. Imagine if we banned every thread that someone didn't like because it was "too much work". We'd have no threads.

They could always just not allow a way to enter the subforum without getting invited. They are being nice by even allowing us a chance to win and enter.

Also the longest it has taken to crack a code is about 5 days I think. Once you start eliminating some of the letters, it gets a lot easier to guess. Especially since there are a lot of members who like to help by breaking down the findings.

So yeah, to guess the correct code it could take some mental power, but entering a 8 digit code isn't all that hard. People aren't spending hours and hours to try and gain a small reward.
