Another day, another time to send some updates...

So before I start my tasks I always update my numbers...you may have noticed this

It is so I have the full picture before I make a start, especially with the exercises it helps me plan out my workout routine!

So current task tally:

Right, so another session done! Time for a report

So as usual I started off with my exercises...though I've been a little lazy today, so am only wearing Black Socks and Some Orange Boxer shorts.

The sequence was as follows:
Plank
Side Plank
Sit Ups
Reps
Squats
Sit Ups
Side Plank

Then I decided to get pain related dares out of the way...what didn't help me was that I massively trimmed my pubic hair this morning leaving me a bit more exposed...and I felt this...

I did 40 paddles to my ass...naturally leaving this rather glowing haha
I then did the 9 paddle hits to balls...I had to take my time with this
Then I had 5 spanks to said balls...again...ouch!
I finished up with 40 double handed (1 hand to each cheek) spanks to the ass...

So...yes, I'm a little tired and in pain, but feel productive!
