It's dare that should help you with your daily duties. I'm very lazy person, so part of tasks was tested by myself for years. It should motivate you to doing your tasks quicker than normally. Please comment with your impressions about it.

Your first task is to write down fives things:
1) Duty that should be completed within next hour (e.g. cleaning, cooking, walking dog).
2) Duty that should be completed within next five hours (e.g. studying, general cleaning, forgotten meeting with friend).
3) Duty that should be completed within one day (e.g. some trip, family visit).
4) Duty that should be completed within one week (e.g. papers for school/work, repainting walls).
5) Duty that should be completed within one month (no example came to my mind).

Got them? Good. Make plan for your duties and keep it. You should be done with every duty after 40 days. Not longer. If you fail it, PM me for punishment. You can do two in one day, e.g. 1 and 2. I advice to write diary on blog during this dare.

Now - rules. Rules are written with the same order as duties, so rules from 1) are for duty 1) etc.

1) within hour
During task: Pick one from your harder dislikes (not limits). You must complete task while doing your dislike.
Example: Your task is to vacuum flat. Your big dislike is pain. So you vacuum, wear clips on nipples and slap yourself hard every five minutes till you finish.
Reward: You can orgasm in the way you like the most.

2) within five hours
During task: Drink two glasses of liquid hour before task and every hour during it. You're not allowed to use bathroom until you complete your duty. No diapers, no peeing in bottles. Just holding it. No matter if in public or private. The sooner you finish your job, the sooner you can pee.
Example: Your task is to do big, monthly shopping. You drink at 10. At 11 you start task, drink again and go shopping. You drink at 12 and 13. You finish your task at 13:50.
Reward: You can pee as you wish and then orgasm to favourite porn/story.

3) within one day
During task: You must edge two-three times every hour until you complete your task. Don't cum. Think about your fantasies whenever you can.
Example: Your task is to settle your papers including visits in offices. You start dare at 8, edge three times. You go to town council, wait in line two hours, so before you leave you go to restroom and edge five times (for 9 and 10). Then you go get coffee and edge two times, because it's 10:50. Then you go to... etc. etc.
Reward: Orgasm with relief, then pick one of your likes and do dare with it.

4) within one week
During task: No masturbation or sex. No excuses.
Example: Your task is to do huge searching in library for finals. It's a lot of work, but you manage to finish it in five days.
Reward: Pick one of your loves/likes and use it to make "fun day" (themed with like). Whole day for dares and tasks connected with your fetish!

5) within one month
During task: You can't masturbate or have sex more than once in three days. There are three additional rules - choose one or use them all alternately. 1: Every morning and every evening put in your ass ice covered with toothpaste. At least 2 cubes. 2: Exercise every day for at least 40 minutes. 3: Every day drink and eat something you really, really don't like.
Example: Your task is to renovate kitchen and bathroom and to paint walls in one room. It takes you 26 days, so you masturbate 8 times and eat broccoli everyday.
Reward: Huge self-satisfaction and three days of debauchery! Choose three days that are off school/work and three your greatest likes. You can play as you with with them, orgasm as often as you can. You deserve it!
