I would tell my 8 year old self not to become friends with this one girl who was manipulating and whatnot.

I would tell my 13/14 year old self to be more compassionate.

I would tell them to work harder at school instead of hanging out with friends .I would also tell my younger self to steer clear of my ex wife as that was not one of my most sensible ideas .Apart from that not alot really .I maybe should have been a bit choosier about some of my friends over the years .Apart from that not alot really .

I'd go back to my 6th grade self, and tell myself the right words to say when asking for help. I'd tell her to flat out say to her teacher "I'm being abused, I'm afraid to sleep at night, and I need help."

I would just go and tell my younger self that they're awesome as hell and they're amazing and to be happy and that things aren't always gonna spiral down in the toilet and people who give you shit ALWAYS get their karma so don't worry about the revenge deal because you'll be alright and they won't, and DON'T let fuckers push you around because you are way too good for that, you don't need people or a significant other to make you significant in itself, you are fine as you are and are perfectly capable of giving yourself love and company and even enjoy it. I'd tell him he would experience a ton of loss but do not do anything drastic because loss is a part of life and you can't avoid it, and it makes you stronger in the end and you can use it as motivation

and then I'd just stare at how confused little me was and then I'd hug him

I'd just tell myself to stop being a pussy. Got bullied in school fairly frequently, and never really fought back. Looking back, I was bigger than everyone else, I just didn't feel it.

Also? Invest in Apple and Google shares.

I would tell myself to make the most of opportunities I had, and not to sweat the small stuff because when you can do that life gets heaps better!
