Two ideas:
1. For the first 10 minutes of every day, wear your ball gag. That reinforces your role as a submissive and is a good way to start every day.

2. You will have all your holes filled in the shower from now on. Insert your large plug before showering on the first day and alternate it with the medium plug. If you want to make it a tad more challenging, get yourself a buttplug that is larger than your biggest one and replace the medium one once per week.
