Master says I must ask for punishment

I have been very disobedient the past few weeks. I haven't kept up with my chores or writing in my journal and have played and cum without permission multiple times. Sir is very disappointed in me and told me I must make a post here to receive my punishment.

My likes, limits, and list of toys are in my signature.

I'd say you have just lost all rights to wear any clothing at home until chores are done and journal is up to date.
You will strip and get dressed at front door only.

On top of that, you have to lock all of your toys and mail the key to your master. He will return it once you've earned it again.
