Is this a serious question? I use different shampoos. I look for a good deal when I go to the store, but sometimes I do get the same one twice in a row. However it is good to change your shampoo every once in awhile

Yup so it doesn't build up in your hair. I don't even know what I'm using cause I pick a new one every time I buy it.
