I don't know if there's anything like that but....

1- Worst nightmare you ever had?

2- Ever wetted the bed because of a nightmare?

Thanks for this question, it's pretty interesting. I think nightmares can make you think sometimes, so whilst they aren't really a good experience, you can learn about yourself from them

1- Worst nightmare you ever had?

Sleep paralysis. I was convinced there was a demon in my room that was throwing my stuff at me, so I 'woke up'. I awoke to see that my stuff was all over my bed and that I couldn't move - I was being pinned down by something heavy. I could feel cold breath on my face and feel something trying to rip into my stomach.

Then I really woke and found it had been a dream.

2- Ever wetted the bed because of a nightmare?

Not that I can recall. I did however used to wet the bed just because.

3- Last nightmare you had?

Often. They usually become zombie apocalypses.

Yeah, usually during the recurring one.

Anything can be a good experience if you apply it correctly.

only for a very brief moment but for a short time i do remember knowing i was dreaming while i was dreaming.

1- Worst nightmare you ever had? I've had occasional nightmares where someone is out to get me, sometimes to kill me. I'll spend a lot of time hiding or running. More recently (as I've become more comfortable being gay), I've had a lot more nightmares where I spend a lot of time arguing with family. VERY intense arguments that cause me to wake up completely drained and stressed out.

My worst nightmare is probably the last argumentative one I had. It kept escalating (I don't even remember the subject) and eventually my father pulled out his gun and fumbled with it. It went up from his hands and as he tried to grab it, it went off, shooting me in the chest. I woke up instantly, which typically means I died.

2- Ever wetted the bed because of a nightmare? I have never wet the bed

3- Last nightmare you had? The one I mentioned above.

4- When was it? About a month ago.

5- Ever had a dream that became a nightmare? Most of mine seem to start out fairly normal. I remember one a few months ago where a giant sinkhole took out my best friend's house and my parent's home (which I was visiting). We failed to save any of their pets. While my family made it out OK, we struggled outside the home and never was able to progress from there. Fighting over transportation issues.

6- Ever had a "woken nightmare"(where you can control yourself and know that you're dreaming). I have vaguely realized I was in a dream at times, and I usually wake up, I never seem to take control. I was on some terrible meds briefly that caused me to have a dream within a dream. I woke up (but was still dreaming) in my bed, as clear as day and was paralyzed, unable to move at all. I had a hard time grasping if I was awake or still dreaming. Needless to say I didn't stay on the meds long.

7- Do you agree that nightmares are a good experience? Not for me. They have ruined many days for me.

^That's called lucid dreaming. Waking nightmares are night terrors. You're paralyzed and practically hallucinating in them. And it's a disorder, not too common

I have to preface this by saying that i rarely dream or have nightmares so my answers will skew any possible things.

Worst nightmare I think I've had is a really weird one. For some reason there was a party at my house and everyone from my old church group and college were there along with my family. The house started crumbling to pieces and random shit was catching on fire. I was the only one to make it out as I heard the people I cared for scream out my name for help as I stood outside as the darkness gathered around my consciousness and I awoke.

i dont really remember my nightmares only the last minutes so i cant really tell but i think from what i can recall my worst nightmare when i was lost in a maze alone . . .
so lonely so alone it felt weird and i dont know

felliing of from a really high place maybe into a pit....
i didnt hit the ground because i woke up

Hmm, I don't know. Most of the dreams I have, have some scary elements too them, but all in all they are epic and fun. I can't remember the last time I had an actual nightmare, but the last time I felt a little scared in a dream was when I was fighting the kraken a few nights ago, and yes if you were wondering I won.

Not that I can remember. I have however pissed in a dream and woken up to find that I had also pissed in real life.

3- Last nightmare you had?
Like I said before, I can't remember the last nightmare I had, I kind of love fear and adrenaline so maybe if it is a nightmare I just get a kick out of it.

Again, not sure.

I don't think so, although I am sure I did when I was younger.

Most of the times that I dream are lucid, but again I don't really think I have nightmares so... no?

Hell yeah, it's your brains way of preparing you for the fight of your fucking life. On the other hand if it is recurring then it could become traumatic and affect your awake life.
