I vote pictures of nudity to be allowed on this site.

Am I alone here?

There is the whole 'under age users' but if you think about it, us underage users have all seen nude pictures before.
But I doubt it'll be changed.
I personally don't care, maybe there could be a section for those pictures or whatever.

Nude pictures would be against the law with u-18s on the site.

Well there is a difference between the two. One section is writing and for the best only for reading and not seducing others. Pictures are physical entities which would be used to seduce people.

Whilst u-18s signing-up with a fake account to view R18 stories doesn't result in a big problem, someone doing it do post a pic of themselves or view others does. Especially if one is seduced by such pics and ends up giving away more pics.

Why do we need to have nudity on getdare? If nudity is what you are after there are thousands of sites dedicated to it. I'm sure if you introduced a nudity section it would only bring more fakes. Just my opinion!!

Exacltly. The minimum age for this site is 13. Anyone under the age 18 who procative photo be it in a text, msn, or a website. Is distributing Child porn wether its by there own will or not. Anyone viewing these pictures is now a sex offender and if found out is registered as one and charged. Never mind people can always fake there age. I'm 15 and people say i look 17-18. But imagine if someone did that and you innocently took there picture thinking ah its okay... The next day your arrested for child porn that you wernt even aware of. If you want nude photo's find a porn site. This is for dares(all ages) and S/m (18+) not for anyone to get "off". I strongly belive pictures are not to be distributed under the age on 18 because of the sex offender act. Even if i send my picture to someone of my age. I distributed child porn and they are now a sex offender. Do NOT send pictures unless you are fully aware. This is why Getdare is firm in the rules against pictures. Not only would Getdare a non profit website be under a huge lawsuit but every member on here in a group would be registed as a sex offender. Please be aware of laws and respect them even if the "seem" unfair.

getDare will not host nudity... ever. There are plenty of places for porn and this will never be one of them. The quality of the site would suffer greatly as we attracted more of the wrong crowd. I have nothing against porn but this is just not a porn site.
