Get digital clock.
Every time number of seconds it show changes you have to write it in paper (like 57 58 59 00 01 02 ) and so on within whole hour.
YOu must write only time you see. If distracted for few seconds leave empty spaces.
After completion task you have to tell me how many seconds failed to write to get additional punishment.
