While standing tie to your butt plug to a 2 liter bottle (empty) and after every 60 seconds you will put 250 ml of water in it until you fill up the bottle. You may let your plug fall out only after the bottle is full. If it falls out sooner you have to restart from the beginning until you can complete the task.
