Every time you relieve yourself, drink ~0,3l of a caffeinated beverage (take some cola or ice tea with you) and edge once. Drink a glass of water every full hour, if you're even a minute late drink three instead.

7:22-7:26
9:34-9:37
12:30-12:35
15:21-15:30
18:09-18:12
20:57-21:00

For everytime you go outside of your designated times, kneel in a corner for 30 minutes with a small enema plugged into your ass. If you can't hold it long enough, ask for additional punishment.
