So most of you know I am completely and utterly incontinent as I was trained by an old master.

Normally I wear diapers 24/7 but I've decided to go a week from monday without any diapers at all, just going where and when I go.

Few rule suggestions

Wear nothing but tight clothing leggings and jeans

Banned from using the toilet u pee in a bowl, shit on the floor. Find a place to setup this makeshift toilet and use it.

When back from trip out if made a mess in clothes strip naked and lick them clean

After every toilet stop at home use a plug in ass 20 times then put plug in mouth then do the same with dildo in pussy.

Wear no underwear and a skirt and ride the subway to another part of the city (don't pick a dangerous neighborhood if you can help it). Get off the subway and walk from that station to the next station on the line. Carry a shopping bag with you to pick up any poopand carry it with you, as you would for a dog.
