I haven't had a good evening of 'sexercise' in a long time, so I need to get back into my routine.

The poll offers six choices of how I should thoroughly punish myself this evening.

Vote for as many as you like.

I will do the one that gets the most votes.

For every 5 COMMENTS I will do one more. So if I get, for example, ten comments, I'll do the top three vote getters.

Every COMMENT that includes the word EDGE will earn me 3 edges (no release, of course). Just to keep the tension up.

Repeat COMMENTS are allowed after another person posts - or after 30 minutes.

Additional punishments in the COMMENTS are welcome - I will do all that are in my limits.

My goal is to be thoroughly sore and worn out by the time I am done!

My evening starts in about 4 hours (UTC-6). After I do the punishment(s) that are voted on at the start of the evening, if more comments appear before the evening is over, I suppose I'll have to add more punishments in accord with that new number.

I don't suppose I am worried about too many edges, thanks ... After all they at least provide a change of pace from the punishment.

UPDATE -

Beginning my evening now, I see people have been generous with their votes, so I am obligated to punish myself in an accordingly harsh manner

I will start with 20 paddle spanks to each ass cheek, per Marv Harvey's instruction.

Then I will do the top vote-getter punishment, which is "Cock - slapping, Icy Hot, urethral punishment."

Then I will do 20 more paddle spanks to each ass cheek.

Then, since I am doing an additional punishment for every five comments added: since there are currently nine comments posted (excluding my own), that means I will have to do one more punishment. The current second-place vote getter is "Balls - ball crusher and Icy Hot "

In addition, "EDGE" has been posted 6 times in comments, so I will have to do 18 edges throughout the evening. Of course no release (cum or ruin) is permitted at any time.

If a tenth comment has been posted before I finish with the two punishments and 18 edges, then I will have to add one more punishment (and of course any more edges that may be posted).

This is what I will do for the FIRST punishment: "Cock - slapping, Icy Hot, urethral punishment."
1. Slap the head of my cock 25 times with a wooden spoon.
2. Slap the shaft of my cock 25 times with a wooden spoon.
3. Coat my cock with IcyHot and attempt to keep a condom on it for one minute.
4. Coat a urethral sound with Worcestershire Sauce (worse than IcyHot) and insert it in my urethra.

This is what I will do for the SECOND punishment "Balls - ball crusher and Icy Hot"
1. Put my balls in the ball crusher and tighten it down so that there is just 14 mm between the plates (that's about my limit - it creates a suitable flood of pain).
2. Coat my balls in Icy Hot.

I note that BANKERRTX has requested a report - and while I would have done that anyway, I am noting that I will do so especially for him.
