You're not allowed to wear underwear when going out. (Unless it's impractical)

Also rules #2 seems to break #3.
Maybe something better could be to split it into the 2 rules.

Whenever you're home alone you must be naked apart from your cat ears and tail plug.
All the curtains in your house must be open during daylight.

Also a bonus one.

All your rules must have proper grammar and must be capitalised properly (it was just annoying me that's all.

Besides the first rule I add: until 4/5/2020 when you go out you'll have to wear skirt or dresses, no pants or trousers, no covering stockings or leggings, you'll be bare legs or at most sheer nylons or pantyhose.
