lets just say for some reason that the government is pressed by nudist groups to make the world nude day more offical and then in turn the government picks out a number of companies and schools to participate. Each organisation that the government picks has to pick one person who spend that full day nude, obviously going to work/school and then every person from all the organisations would then go to a meeting to tell everyone about their experience. It would be the same with schools except that a single student would be picked but as the others had to do with the work side of things, the student would do it for their school day but since they would be younger, they would only have to be nude for school and the meeting later on that day. Since the pressure from the nudist would be so strong, the government would be very strict about this and if someone choose not to do it, they would get a massive fine.

My question to you is, although a very long introduction. If your boss/teacher picked you to be the one, despite the government pressure, would you do it?

Also something I didn't mention was that whoever did it for that day would get paid for it of course.

I suppose it depends, if this is a common thing that happend and i wasnt the first person to go i would be fine.

Im not sure what i would do, i would like to do it for the day but afterwards i would regret it.

That would be a BIG no, honestly. Its just BAD and too slutty. I can do things for a particular person, but such humiliation would lead to me threatening them to leave the organization/school, or in extreme cases, suicide.

I have actually given this a lot of thought already: long before this thread, a couple of years back even, Karen Wagner posted a story called "Karen naked in school" in some newsgroup. Though this first instalment went quite far (as in rough, non consensual etc), it started up a "universe" of its own: Many stories with the same central theme (spend a week naked in school, while all other students remain clothed) have since been written, most of them a lot easier to go along with.
Following the rules this NIS universe, I think many people would object less against spending a day naked.
The NIS stories might teach you that having some nude around is not really a bad thing...

No I wouldn’t do this, simply because I don’t agree with forcing anyone to do anything of that nature against their will.

Some people would find the experience exciting and liberating but others would be distressed and humiliated. There is a very big difference in consensual and non-consensual public nudity.

And as Mere points out in her post above, in extreme cases it could lead to suicide.

Maybe it could be concluded that the scenario is unlikely to happen in our society and thus answers are novel and theoretical. However in recent news clips, forced nudity and humiliation has been used as a punishment (Articles of journalists, and also other incidents in India). Such incidents have resulted in public alarm and outrage worldwide.

Also a much milder variation to this theme is scheduled for broadcast in what is described as “a daring and controversial documentary” to be screened on British TV in the near future in a program entitled “Naked Office”.
